Fourteen Years
Two years of preschool.
Eight years of primary school.
Four years of high school.
A total of fourteen years.
All inside the same walls of Diwan Ballubhai Kakariya School.
From learning how to walk…
to learning how to think.
From holding crayons…
to holding ambition.
Fourteen years in one ecosystem.
Launchpad
A rocket does not hate its booster.
But it cannot carry it forever.
At a certain height,
the booster detaches.
Not out of disrespect.
Out of necessity.
Today, 25th February 2026,
my booster detached.
Growing Inside the Same Walls
I know every corridor.
Every staircase.
Every classroom corner.
I know the benches that wobble.
The windows that let in the best sunlight.
The fans that make noise in summer.
I have seen everything here.
Good days.
Bad days.
Competitive days.
Ambitious days.
Frustrating days.
This place shaped discipline.
But it also tested patience.
The Pressure Cooker
Let me say it clearly.
Many days felt like sitting inside a pressure cooker.
Seven in the morning to twelve in the afternoon.
Same timetable.
Same routine.
Same structure.
And then the bell.
First whistle.
Second whistle.
Third whistle.
Fourth whistle.
Fifth whistle.
On the sixth whistle,
the lid opened.
That was oxygen.
That was freedom.
That was when I could finally go home and work on my own ideas.
Inside the classroom, I often felt contained.
Outside, I felt limitless.
The Emotional Scene
Today everyone is emotional.
Reels are being recorded.
Stories are being posted.
Promises are being made.
Today I even reposted one from Mahi.
People are saying we will miss these days forever.
Maybe.
But I see it differently.
This was a phase.
An important one.
But still a phase.
Tomorrow
Tomorrow my first board exam will be conducted at Secret Flower School.
I visited it today.
New building.
New air.
New silence.
It felt symbolic.
One gate closing.
Another opening.
No More 200 Page Limits
Until yesterday,
my responsibility was limited to textbooks.
Chapters.
Syllabus.
Model answers.
Now life is open.
There is no fixed curriculum anymore.
Now I decide the subjects.
Now I design the syllabus.
Now I set the deadlines.
If I fail, it is on me.
If I win, it is on me.
That is real education.
Rebel Energy
Right now, I do not feel emotional.
I feel free.
Free from attendance sheets.
Free from waiting for the sixth whistle.
Free from the routine.
This is not rebellion against learning.
It is rebellion against limitation.
What Comes Next
From this moment onward,
I will start working again on my dream project.
The pause is over.
Execution begins now.
And now let me answer honestly.
Will I really miss this school?
Absolutely fucking not.
Do I love the people who are in this school?
Absolutely fucking not.
(Except few.)
The booster did its job.
Now it detaches.
And I move forward.
I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.
