Today didn’t arrive with fireworks.
It just walked in quietly,
tapped my shoulder,
and walked out again.
I woke up,
got ready,
went to school,
came back home.
Nothing dramatic.
Watched a few episodes of Chanakya
five or six in a row
the kind of watching where
you forget the world outside the screen.
Took a long nap.
Woke up.
Went to Abhivyakti again.
Returned home.
Slept again.
The day felt like a boomerang
fast, circular,
and gone before I even held it properly.
But something inside me whispered today:
I’m documenting my days…
but I’m not working on them.
That ability I once had
to work 18–20 hours without breaking
it’s missing.
And it hurts.
Maybe it’s the weather,
but deep down I know
it’s not the weather.
It’s me.
I need to think about it.
Fix it.
Restart that fire.
At Abhivyakti,
I watched three performances:
a Rajasthani folk piece,
a set by the Sameer Benny Collective,
and a quiet platform act by Vishwakalam Manch.
All good.
All different.
All adding their own colours to the night.
Nothing new happened today.
But sometimes noticing the lack of movement
is also movement.
Day 4 over.
